JEVON McFERRIN (Chippah)

Jevon was in the Broadway cast of Hamilton, his second Broadway show, with Motown the Musical, being his Broadway debut in 2014. He will perform in The Gods of Comedy at The Old Globe this summer.

He has performed in theater productions including the lead role in Ben Elton's Popcorn, RENT at the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca , NY, T. Schreiber Studio's NYIT Award winning production of Balm In Gilead, and was nominated for Best Male in a Musical at the 2011 Audelco Awards for his role as Dennis in Daniel Beaty's Tearing Down the Walls. 

Jevon starred in various pilots as well including People You Know and Breeze and short films Hi Res and Between Truth and Lies.  He is also a featured singer in the motion picture Black Nativity (2013), and has a supporting role in Cardboard Boxer starring Thomas Haden Church (2014). 

LINDSAY BRILL (Stacey)

Lindsay is an actor and comedian. She has recently appeared in episodes of The Deuce, The Marvelous Ms. Maisel, Gotham, and Happy!  She is a performer at The Upright Citizen's Brigade and has an MFA in acting from The Old Globe/USD. She is also a member of The Actor's Center. She dedicates this project to Plainview Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School, where she won the title of "Most Dramatic" in the senior yearbook.

LOWELL BYERS (Bob)

Lowell is a co-writer, story developer on doin' great and is thrilled to be taking this project on with partner Jake Diamond.

 

This Spring, Lowell had his original play Luft Gangster produced Off-Broadway at The Sheen Center directed by Austin Pendleton. Prior to that, he played Sergeant Trotter in The Mousetrap at ASF. In 2015, he received his M.F.A. from the Old Globe/USD Dramatic Arts program in San Diego.

 

He played the title role in Caligula: 1400 Days of Terror (History Channel) and appeared in the films Alina (Dir. Ben Barenholtz), Brewsie and Willie, Chilling Visions, and Things I Don’t Understand. Lowell can currently be seen on TV in the “Badda Book, Badda Boom” commercial campaign for Choice Hotels.

NICK CHOKSI (Karl)

Nick Choksi is an actor, musician, animator and proud dad living in New York.  His recent theater credits include The Great Comet on Broadway (original cast member), as well as many shows Off Broadway (including Roundabout, Ars Nova, New Group, Kazino, Cherry Lane, Clubbed Thumb, Atlantic). Selected TV/Film include: Kimmy Schmidt, New Amsterdam, Goodwife, Mindhunter, Elementary, Happyish, Law and Order: CI, One Life To Live (Recurring). As a composer, Nick wrote music for Those Lost Boys (also conceived by), A Food Odyssey, and during his daughter's naps he is hard at work composing a concept album/song cycle based on The Ramayan.  Training: Juilliard.
